Day 3
The fourth day of Synergy 2K25 began early with the morning routine and the energizing session “MORNING MILE.” The activity helped the participants start the day with enthusiasm and physical alertness. After breakfast, the day’s first session, “BELLS ON,” set the tone for the day’s learning and collaboration.
The morning session titled “UNLOCKING YOU” was conducted by Ms. Malavika Ritu, who guided participants through self-awareness activities and reflective exercises. The session encouraged the student teachers to explore their strengths, aspirations, and emotions, creating a platform for personal growth.
After a short tea break, the session “POSE AND PEACE” led by Prof. (Dr.) Baiju A., Professor in Physical Education, focused on the importance of yoga and mindfulness in daily life. Participants actively practiced yoga postures and breathing techniques that promoted relaxation and focus.
Post-lunch, the camp moved to an engaging creative session “SWARANJALI”—a workshop on song composition—handled by Dr. Bindhu S., Research & Publication Officer, NUALS, Kochi. Student teachers worked in groups to compose songs related to the camp’s theme, Together we live, together we transform. This session fostered teamwork and artistic expression.
In the afternoon, “HARMONY INHABITANT” involved campus beautification and maintenance activities. Participants collaboratively cleaned and decorated different areas of the campus, promoting environmental awareness and responsibility.
After tea, the “MINI MATCH MANIA” minor games brought laughter and energy to the camp. Participants enthusiastically took part in fun team-based competitions that enhanced bonding and coordination.
The evening concluded with the cultural segment “GLIMPSES OF STREET” and “COLOUR CHRONICLES”—creative arts performances, including street plays, dances, and short skits reflecting social themes. These events showcased the talents of student teachers and highlighted the importance of creativity in education.
Overall, Day 2 of the camp combined physical wellness, creativity, collaboration, and reflection. The activities strengthened the values of teamwork, self-expression, and community living among participants.
