Day 3
Day 2
The third day of Synergy 2K25 began early in the morning with “MORNING MILE,” a refreshing physical activity that energized all participants. The session encouraged fitness, team spirit, and discipline, setting a positive tone for the day. After breakfast, participants assembled for the first session of the day, “UNLOCKING YOU,” led by Ms. Malavika Ritu. Through interactive exercises and self-reflection tasks, student teachers explored their inner strengths and emotional awareness.
By mid-morning, the camp hosted a motivational session “POSE AND PEACE” conducted by Prof. (Dr.) Baiju A., Professor in Physical Education. The session focused on the importance of yoga and mindfulness in achieving emotional balance and stress management. Participants actively practiced basic yoga postures and breathing techniques, creating a peaceful and reflective atmosphere.
After lunch, the participants reassembled for “SWARANJALI,” a creative workshop on song composition, led by Dr. Bindhu S., researcher and publication officer, NUALS, Kochi. The session provided a platform for expression through music, encouraging collaboration and creativity. The students composed short songs based on the camp’s theme—Together we live, together we transform.
The evening session, “HARMONY INHABITANT,” involved campus beautification activities. Participants worked in teams to clean, decorate, and enhance different areas of the campus, fostering a sense of belonging and responsibility.
After tea, the fun event “MINI MATCH MANIA” added excitement and laughter to the evening, promoting teamwork through minor games. The day concluded with a colourful and lively cultural programme “GLIMPSES OF STREET” followed by “COLOUR CHRONICLES,” a creative arts competition where groups showcased skits, mime, and thematic acts on social issues.
Day 2 successfully combined physical, emotional, creative, and social learning, reflecting the true spirit of community living. It fostered cooperation, self-awareness, and a sense of collective purpose among the student teachers.
